Scan-readiness meter

Checks color contrast and quiet-zone spacing before export.

Create links, Wi-Fi access, contacts, email and map locations.

Branded exports

Customize shapes, colors and a center logo, then export PNG or SVG.

High error correction • scan-test before printing

Using this tool

Encode the right payload before styling

Choose the payload type and enter its fields, then adjust color, module shape, quiet-zone width and output size. A center image is placed over the code using high error correction. Download PNG for screens or SVG for print, then scan the actual exported file.

Reading the output

A good preview still needs a scan test

Worked example

A QR code for a printed menu

For a menu, paste the complete HTTPS link, use a dark foreground on white, keep a clear margin and test the printed code from the distance customers will use.

Calculation

What makes a code readable

QR reliability depends on contrast, a clear quiet zone and recoverable error correction. A center image must stay small enough that the remaining modules can still be decoded.

Limitations

Test the exported design

  • Use the complete destination, including https://.
  • Keep the background lighter than the QR modules.
  • Test with more than one phone before printing many copies.

Before relying on the result

Logos, passwords and expiration

Can I add a logo without breaking the code?

QuickQR keeps the center image modest and uses high error correction, but color, print quality and payload length still matter. Test every exported design.

Is a Wi-Fi password included when I share the design link?

No. QuickQR deliberately leaves the password out of shared URLs, so the recipient must enter it again.
