Privacy is a product requirement.

ToolOrbit is built to answer a question or transform a file without first asking who you are. No account is required, tool inputs are processed in the browser, and file-based tools do not upload your selected files to ToolOrbit to complete the job.

Files and calculations

Image, PDF and application-photo tools read and export files on your device. QuickQR builds its code in the page. InvoiceLite formats the details entered in the browser. ToolOrbit does not receive these files or entries for processing, and it does not provide cloud storage for them.

Device storage and shared results

InvoiceLite writes a template to browser storage only when Save template is pressed. Clearing site data removes that template. Other calculator fields normally last only for the current page session. If you create or copy a shared-result URL, its visible parameters can contain the values you chose to share; anyone with that URL may be able to read them.

Website requests

Serving and protecting any website requires ordinary network requests. ToolOrbit's hosting provider may process basic technical information such as an IP address, browser details, requested page and request time for delivery, security and operational logs. That information is separate from the contents you enter into a tool.

Analytics and advertising

ToolOrbit does not currently load third-party analytics or advertising scripts. If measurement or advertising is introduced later, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before those services are activated. Tool inputs will not be sent as analytics or advertising data.
