ToolOrbit checks dimensions and file size only. It cannot guarantee that a portal will accept the image.

Using this tool

Choose the exact IBPS document

Select the IBPS document you are preparing. The presets cover the common photograph, signature, left-thumb and handwritten-declaration dimensions and size bands, while every field remains editable for the current recruitment.

Reading the output

One form can require four different images

Worked example

A 140 x 60 pixel signature

A common IBPS signature target is 140 x 60 pixels and 10-20 KB. Fit on white preserves the writing, and a modest contrast increase can darken faint pen strokes before export.

Calculation

Quality fitted to a size band

The selected image is drawn onto an exact-size canvas and encoded as JPG. ToolOrbit searches for the highest JPEG quality that fits below the chosen maximum and checks the final file against the selected range.

Limitations

Read the current upload guide

  • Use the document type and values shown in the current IBPS upload guide.
  • Do not use capital letters when the recruitment instructions prohibit them.
  • Keep the complete signature, thumb impression or declaration inside the frame.

IBPS documents and acceptance

Can it prepare all four common IBPS images?

Yes. It includes presets for the photograph, signature, left thumb impression and handwritten declaration.

Does it guarantee acceptance?

No. It checks measurable dimensions and file size, but you must also follow the active recruitment's content and image-quality rules.
